Health Occupation Boards - Study of Codes of Conduct for Board Members and Investigators

Synopsis:

Requiring health occupation boards and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to study the recommendations of a specified report of the State Ethics Commission concerning the establishment of codes of conduct for members of health occupation boards and the investigators assigned to those boards and to determine how to implement those recommendations in a specified manner; requiring each board to identify the changes to its statutory authority that would be necessary to establish and enforce a code of conduct; etc.
