District Court - Time for Filing Appeal - Stay

Synopsis:

Providing that the filing of a motion to modify or reduce a sentence after the imposition of the sentence in the District Court shall stay the time for filing of an appeal until the District Court rules on the motions; and providing for the application of the Act.
