Motor Vehicles - School Buses - Loading and Unloading of Passengers

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to assess points for failing to stop for a school vehicle with specified types of lights; requiring motor vehicle operators to stop when a school vehicle has stopped and is displaying specified colored lights; providing that a motor vehicle operator does not need to stop for a school vehicle if there are specified types of separations in the highway; etc.
