Synopsis:

Requiring that investigation be performed by a certified private detective before a specified action may be brought against a social club or specified alcoholic beverages licensees for alleged violations of provisions relating to theft of cable television service concerning exhibition of specified events; establishing standards for the investigations; and requiring specified reports to be prepared and provided to specified persons.
