Synopsis:

Repealing a provision that exempts conduct involving the use of a motor vehicle from a prohibition against recklessly engaging in conduct that creates a substantial risk of death or serious physical injury to another person; and providing that the prohibition against recklessly engaging in conduct that creates a substantial risk of death or serious physical injury to another person does not apply to the discharge of a firearm from a motor vehicle by a law enforcement officer or security guard; etc.
