Education - State Funding - Social Security Contributions

Synopsis:

Requiring the State to pay part of the employer Social Security contributions for specified employees of local boards of education, community colleges, and boards of library trustees; expanding specified authority of the State Retirement Agency; requiring the State Retirement Agency to adopt specified regulations; and establishing limits on the amount of money that may be distributed under provisions of the Act to the counties and Baltimore City for specified fiscal years.
