Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of Physician Quality Assurance to authorize a physician to delegate to a physician assistant specified prescriptive authority under specified circumstances; prohibiting a physician from delegating the authority to write prescriptions to specified students; requiring a physician who is supervising a physician assistant to attest to acceptance of responsibility for any care given by the physician assistant; etc.
