Health Maintenance Organizations and Managed Care Organizations - Morbidity and Mortality Statistics

Synopsis:

Requiring health maintenance organizations and managed care organizations to submit an annual report to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene containing specified morbidity and mortality statistics; requiring the Department to make specified information available to the public in an appropriate form through appropriate points of distribution, including through local health departments; and authorizing the Department to adopt specified regulations.
