Named Operator Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance

Synopsis:

Authorizing persons to obtain an operator's policy of motor vehicle liability insurance that meets specified requirements instead of a motor vehicle liability insurance policy with minimum liability coverage; providing that an operator's policy must state specified limits of liability under the policy; providing that an operator's policy may not be delivered or issued for delivery in the State unless the insured has signed a specified endorsement; etc.
