Synopsis:

Establishing that a child in State-supervised care shall be eligible for enrollment in any public school that is in the school district in which the child currently resides; requiring schools immediately to admit a child in State-supervised care and to treat the child as a resident of the school district for all purposes under specified circumstances; requiring specified individuals to evaluate whether travel to the child's school of origin is in the best interest of the child; etc.
