Synopsis:

Authorizing a licensed pharmacist to enter into a collaborative practice agreement with a licensed physician, dentist, or podiatrist under specified conditions; specifying requirements that an applicant must meet to enter into a collaborative agreement; requiring the State Board of Pharmacy to establish one or more peer review committees to make recommendations to the Board on the collaborative agreements; requiring the Board to consider the recommendations and to approve or deny agreements within a specified time; etc.
