Requiring an employer to accommodate the religion of an employee or
applicant for employment under specified circumstances; altering a
definition; specifying factors that are to be used in making a
determination whether a religious accommodation requires an employer

application of the Act; requiring the Human Relations Commission to
collect, maintain, and analyze specified data and to make a report to
