Synopsis:

Requiring the President of the Senate of Maryland and the Speaker of the House of Delegates jointly to appoint an attorney to serve as counsel to the Joint Committee on Legislative Ethics; specifying the duties of the Counsel; requiring the Joint Committee on Legislative Ethics to maintain and make available to the public specified records, including the financial disclosure statements for members of the General Assembly, and to notify a member whose statement is examined or copied under the Act; etc.
