Insurance - Rental Car Companies - Regulation Under Insurance Laws

Synopsis:

Providing that specified insurance laws of the State do not apply to rental car companies, or the employees or agents of rental car companies, that offer specified coverages in connection with and incidental to the rental of a motor vehicle; and making the Act an emergency measure.
