Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration, in the case of a driver's license revocation, to hold a hearing for a specified purpose if a request for a hearing is made by the licensee within a specified period after the deadline for requesting a hearing has passed; and requiring a hearing under the Act to be held within a specified time period.
