Synopsis:

Modifying a confidentiality requirement pertaining to juvenile police records to allow a law enforcement agency or the Criminal Justice Information System to include information concerning an outstanding juvenile court ordered writ of attachment in a law enforcement computer information system for the sole purpose of apprehending a juvenile who is named in the writ.
