Synopsis:

Altering the jurisdiction of the Human Relations Commission to include certain employers; expanding the range of remedies that the Commission may award in cases involving employment discrimination; authorizing an administrative law judge to award the Commission attorney fees and witness fees in certain employment discrimination cases; making specified stylistic and technical changes; etc.
