Synopsis:

Providing that each voter registration application shall require an applicant to provide the last four digits of the applicant's Social Security number; providing that an applicant may not become a registered voter unless the applicant provides the last four digits of his or her Social Security number; specifying an exception; requiring the State Administrative Board of Election Laws to ensure that all voter registration applications require applicants to provide the last four digits of their Social Security numbers; etc.
