Synopsis:

Establishing a $3,000 State scholarship for students majoring in computer science, information technology, data systems engineering, and biotechnology at Maryland schools; establishing the criteria for renewing the State scholarship; establishing $1,000 State matching scholarships for students majoring in the above fields at certain schools; defining certain terms; establishing eligibility for financial assistance; establishing obligations of recipients of financial assistance; etc.
