Child Support - Nonpayment - Consequences

Synopsis:

Prohibiting parents who fail to pay child support for 60 days from filing or receiving money from wrongful death actions; prohibiting parents who fail to pay child support for 60 days from receiving distributions from certain estates and life insurance policies; and providing for the application of the Act.
