Requiring the Secretary of Human Resources to establish a statewide Finger Imaging Identification Pilot Program for applicants for assistance under the Family Investment Program; authorizing the Secretary to adopt regulations to administer the Pilot Program; requiring the Secretary to report to the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee and the House Appropriations Committee on the effectiveness of the Pilot Program; providing for the termination date of the Pilot Program; etc.
