Assisted Living Programs - Levels of Care

Synopsis:

Requiring that the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene ensure that assisted living programs are restricted by a certain percentage in providing care to residents who are beyond the highest level of care for which the program is licensed by the State; and generally relating to the level of care of assisted living program residents.
