Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of the Environment to establish poultry waste management regulations for specified purposes; requiring the Department and the Department of Agriculture to establish required elements of poultry waste management plans; requiring the Department and the Department of Agriculture to establish specified technical standards for poultry waste management plans; requiring specified commercial poultry producers to submit poultry waste management plans by a specified date; etc.
