Creating a State Debt in the amount of $400,000, the proceeds to be
used as a grant to Dimensions Healthcare System for the relocation of
the landing site for the Maryland State Police helicopters from a
ground site to the roof top of the highest building in the complex,
including the planning, design, and construction of a landing pad, and
the planning, design, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of the building to include a new lobby, an elevator shaft
extension, and required safety features.
