Synopsis:

Prohibiting employers and labor organizations from requiring an employee to join or pay any dues to a labor organization; prohibiting an employer from deducting union dues or other charges from an employee's wages without the employee's written authorization; and requiring employers to post a notice in the workplace advising employees of their right to choose not to join a labor organization and to refuse to pay any dues.
