Poverty Level Taxpayers - Refundable Income Tax Credit for Employment-Related Household and Dependent Care Expenses

Synopsis:

Allowing specified eligible low income taxpayers a credit against the State income tax in an amount equal to 10% of specified employment-related household and dependent care expenses; making the credit refundable if the credit exceeds the State income tax; applying the Act to tax years after 1997; etc.
