Forest Conservation - Exemptions

Synopsis:

Exempting from the requirements of the Forest Conservation Act any activity that occurs on land that is located in a locally designated growth area as long as the activity does not result in the disturbance of more than 40,000 square feet of forest and other specified conditions are met.
