Prepaid Telephone Calling Cards - Taxation
Excluding from the definition of "gross receipts" subject to the
public service company franchise tax gross charges from the sale of
prepaid telephone calling cards or telecommunications service obtained
using a prepaid telephone calling card; imposing the sales and use tax
on the sale of prepaid telephone calling cards; making the Act
effective January 1, 1999; etc.
