Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $65,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Pride of Baltimore, Inc. for the repair and renovation of the boat known as the Pride of Baltimore II, including recaulking, upgrading of the waste water treatment system to comply with environmental regulation, and associated capital improvements to the boat.
