Authorizing courts to appoint health care advisory committees; providing for the composition of the committees; authorizing the Court of Appeals of Maryland to provide by rule for the manner of appointment and the term of service of the members of the health care advisory committees; providing for the admission into evidence of written recommendations; preserving specific authority of the courts; etc.
