Alcoholic Beverages Violations - Driver's Licenses - Suspension

Synopsis:

Requiring the District Court to notify the Motor Vehicle Administration when certain persons under the age of 21 years are found guilty of certain types of violations involving alcoholic beverages; requiring the Administration after receiving notice, to suspend the driving privileges of such persons for 6 months, for a first offense, or for 1 year, for a second or subsequent offense; and requiring the juvenile court to order the Administration to suspend the driving privileges of a child.
