Synopsis:

Establishing a classification of registered massage practitioners; requiring an individual to obtain a registration from the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners before the individual may practice non-therapeutic massage; requiring the Board to adopt specified regulations and to set specified fees; requiring the Massage Therapy Advisory Committee to perform specified duties; requiring an applicant for registration to practice non-therapeutic massage to meet specified requirements; etc.
