Synopsis:

Stating the intent of the General Assembly that beginning in fiscal 2001 the State budget for the Judiciary include funding of circuit court personnel who perform jury administrative and assignment functions and of circuit court masters and their support staffs; and requiring the State budget for the Judiciary beginning in fiscal 2000 to include an authorization to the Administrative Office of the Courts to pay jurors the State per diem amount.
