Synopsis:

Altering the formula for computing the retirement allowance of members of the State Police Retirement System; specifying the contribution rate for specified members of the System; creating a Deferred Retirement Option Program for specified members of the System; providing for annual adjustments to the service retirement allowances of specified service and disability retirees of the System or beneficiaries of retirees; etc.
