Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $450,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of County Commissioners of Allegany County for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of the County fairgrounds; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey a certain easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
