Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from selling or transferring dog or cat pelts; prohibiting a person from committing specified actions with intent to sell or transfer dog or cat pelts; prohibiting a person from committing specified actions with intent to kill or have killed a dog or cat for the purpose of selling or transferring the dog or cat pelt; and providing a penalty for violation of the Act.
