Synopsis:

Establishing a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years for knowingly removing or attempting to remove a firearm from the possession of certain law enforcement personnel; increasing the maximum penalty of knowingly removing or attempting to remove a firearm from the possession of certain law enforcement personnel from 10 years to 20 years; establishing that, subject to a certain exception, a person sentenced under the act is not eligible for parole in less than 10 years; etc.
