Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Acupuncture to deny a license to practice acupuncture to applicants for licensure under specified circumstances; authorizing the Acupuncture Board, the State Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners, and the State Board of Social Work Examiners to take specified disciplinary action if licensees fail to cooperate with a lawful investigation conducted by these boards; authorizing injunctive action by specified health occupations boards; etc.
