Synopsis:

Authorizing an employee organization to use specified fees collected from an employee for political purposes and other nonbargaining matters only with the written consent of the employee; requiring specified employers to notify employees of specified rights, obligations, and limitations regarding the use of employee fees for political and other purposes; requiring specified employee political committees to file specified documents with campaign fund reports; etc.
