Synopsis:

Providing enhanced property and State tax credits under an existing tax credit allowed for new or expanded business premises for business entities that satisfy specified requirements; authorizing affiliates of business entities to be included for specified purposes relating to the credits; eliminating a prohibition against granting the credits to a business entity that has been certified for the Job Creation Tax Credit; repealing the December 31, 2002 termination date applicable to the tax credits; etc.
