Entitled:
Teachers' Retirement and Pension Systems - Reemployment of Retired Teachers

Synopsis:

Exempting from an offset of a retirement allowance specified retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System who are employed by public schools that have been recommended for reconstitution or have been reconstituted or who are employed to teach in a county or subject area in which there is a shortage of teachers; requiring the county boards of education to notify the State Retirement Agency of any retired teachers who qualify; etc.
