Synopsis:

Continuing the State Board of Law Examiners by extending to July 1, 2004 the termination provisions relating to the statutory and regulatory authority of the Board; requiring that an evaluation of the Board and related statutes and regulations be performed on or before July 1, 2004; requiring the Board to report to specified committees of the General Assembly on or before October 1, 1999; and increasing the maximum bar examination fee.
