Emergency Medical Services - Automated External Defibrillator Program

Synopsis:

Establishing the Automated External Defibrillator Program to be administered by the Emergency Medical Services Board; requiring facilities to have a certain certificate before making automated external defibrillation (AED) available; defining terms; requiring an individual to have training and authorization before the individual may provide AED; creating certain exceptions; authorizing the Board to adopt regulations to administer the Program and to set fees for certain services; etc.
