Crimes - Illegal Possession of Regulated Firearms - Penalties

Synopsis:

Making it a felony for a person convicted of a crime of violence to possess a regulated firearm; increasing the penalties for a person who has been convicted of a crime of violence and who possesses a regulated firearm; and generally relating to penalties for illegal possession of regulated firearms.
