Juvenile Court - Expansion of Jurisdiction

Synopsis:

Expanding the jurisdiction of the juvenile court to include proceedings involving children at least 14 years old alleged to have committed acts which, if committed by an adult, would be crimes punishable by death or life imprisonment; expanding the jurisdiction of juvenile court to include proceedings involving children at least 16 years old alleged to have committed specified serious offenses; etc.
