Health - Assisted Living Programs - Regulation

Synopsis:

Requiring a local health department that is nearest to a licensed assisted living program to provide the required periodic medication management reviews at no cost to the licensed assisted living program if at least 50 percent of the residents of the licensed assisted living program have monthly incomes of less than $900 each; prohibiting a county from considering as occupants of an assisted living program facility a provider of assisted living services or a member of the provider's immediate family; etc.
