Maryland Senior Prescription Drug Payment Assistance Program

Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Senior Prescription Drug Payment Assistance Program to provide payment assistance for prescription drugs to specified low-income senior citizens; establishing eligibility requirements for payment assistance under the Program; limiting reimbursement to specified drugs in a specified amount and not exceeding $1,500 per eligible individual per State fiscal year; establishing a copayment of $5 to $15; etc.
