Education - Compulsory Attendance and Parental Responsibility - Age Limits

Synopsis:

Raising the age of compulsory school attendance; providing an exception for a minor who has obtained a high school diploma or certificate; raising the age of a child to which a parent or guardian is responsible for the child's attendance at school or specified authorized instruction; and raising the age at which an individual may receive a high school diploma by examination.
