Criminal Injuries Compensation - Counseling for Family Members - Motor Vehicle Crimes

Synopsis:

Allowing family members who reside with victims and other eligible persons who were injured but not killed to be eligible for mental health counseling compensated under criminal injuries compensation; establishing limits for mental health counseling; allowing an award to repair, replace, or clean property damaged or soiled in a crime; expanding the definition of crime to include the motor vehicle crimes of hit and run and fleeing and eluding; expanding the definition of out-of-pocket loss; etc.
