Synopsis:

Authorizing the Charles County Planning Commission to include in its subdivision regulations specified provisions relating to the reservation of land for traffic, recreation, or other public purposes; requiring that the reservation of land continue for no more than 3 years; requiring that the property that is reserved for public use be exempt from property tax; requiring the Charles County Planning Commission to provide specified notifications to the Supervisor of Assessments for Charles County; etc.
